Benefits of Burst Training

What Is Burst Training?

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), is also called Burst training. It’s short bursts of high-intensity style exercise for 15 to 60 seconds followed by a short recovery period.

What are the Benefits of Burst Training

If you’ve ever been in a gym, thought of joining a gym or know somebody that goes to the gym, you’ve probably heard the term ‘Burst Training’. But, what exactly are the Benefits of Burst Training? More important are you missing those benefits with your current workout?

If you’re working out for more than 15 minutes, you’re probably not working out at a High-Intensity level. Face it, you can work out Long or Hard, but not both. The fact is you can’t workout High Intensity for more than a few minutes. Longer than that and you’re probably just wasting time or being counterproductive.

Yes, you can be getting a pump, sweating, breathing hard and even burning calories, but what you’re not doing is Burning Fat, or releasing Human Growth Hormone. (HGH) to be building as much muscle as possible.

The Fountain of Youth Hormone

HGH is the “fountain of youth” hormone. It helps you burn more fat, boosts your immune system, increases testosterone levels, and decreases inflammation. If you want to hit the Trifecta of HGH, get a full eight hours sleep and follow IF Intermittent Fasting

Reduce Fat

Burst training reduces Fat and your risk for chronic diseases. Fat isn’t just how you look in a bathing suit. Every extra pound of body fat can also contribute to numerous health problems like diabetes. Alzheimer’s is now being referred to as Type III Diabetes. High Intensity, Burst Training  can help reduce your risk for these and other diseases.

Long-duration cardiovascular exercises, like walking or jogging on the treadmill or an hour on the stationary bike increases cortisol, but never lets you reach the intensity level needed to trigger [fat-burning hormones] like human growth hormone (HGH) and testosterone.” Chronically elevated cortisol can lead to muscle breakdown and fat storing., which is exactly what you don’t want.

Saves You Time and Money

Do you know anyone with Too Much Time? I sure don’t. In fact, what’s the biggest excuse that people with a weight problem have, “I just don’t have time to make it to the gym.” Going to the gym takes a lot of time to plan, change your clothes, waiting on equipment. I’ve got other things to do, don’t you?

You don’t need a gym membership. I haven’t been to a gym since 2010, and I lost over 60 pounds in 2012 by just walking and changing by Eating to Live. I can get a full workout in, in less time than it takes to get to the closest gym or even change from my street clothes.

You don’t need any special equipment to do burst training. You can get dumbbells cheap, but if you want the most practical, portable and versatile piece of exercise equipment I’ve ever found, check out the Lifeline TNT Cables.

I’ve been using Lifeline cables for over thirty years and I’ve been doing LifelineUSA TNT Cables: 15/15 Workout for over two years. I describe it as the “Best 30 Minute Workout Routine Ever”

If you want HIIT, Burst Training try

John Hinds

I suggest you click on the link above and watch as Jon Hinds leads his fellow trainers in an High-Intense, 10-minute Burst workout.

You’re going to laugh, but I suggest you just do a couple of minutes with John either empty handed or with some very light dumbbells. I don’t care what kind of shape you think you’re in You Will Feel It Tomorrow.

Do yourself a huge favor, when you’re out of breath… Stop!

Faster Results in Less Time!

You can get into the best body of your life in just 10 to 15 minutes, three times a week. Not 45 minutes to an hour three times a week. Just 30 to 45 minute A Week. You’re going to work harder than you ever did before. You’re going to sweat, you’re going to be breathing heavy. But, you’re also going to get results Faster. Faster Results in Less Time, isn’t that what everybody wants.

There is also going to be less chance of injury. You never have to strain, or shoot for a One Max Rep. You’re going to use a weight you can comfortably workout with for 15 seconds to one minute. You will never have to Strain to Gain. Get that out of your head.

You’re going to be a Sprinter and not a Marathoner. Have you ever seen the difference in body types of sprinters and long-distance runners? You’re going to build muscle and burn fat. You’re going to see measurable strength and endurance gains weekly. Forget about Plateaus.

The Right Exercise Makes You a Fat-Burning Machine All Day. Burst training forces your muscle to burn more fat both during and after exercise.

You’re also going to continue burning fat for the next 36 hours, which means taking a day off between workouts is a must.
